I'm happy to report that the problems involving patron record logins and ILLIAD authentication appear to be resolved. This morning, I uncovered a systems setting error in ILLIAD and corrected it. Thanks to OCLC technical support, University of Redlands ITS and our own library staff for collaborating to fix these problems! If you have been experiencing problems logging in to your patron record, electronic course reserves, the proxy server or ILLIAD, please try again and let me know about any further problems you encounter.
